In this video I review Furch Guitars. I had some questions about the difference between Furch and Stonebridge Guitars. Well the questions have been answered, check it out.
I also found a demo of a Red Plus GS-R. The tones out of this guitar are complex and full of richness. They have really upped their game in terms of appointments surrounding the creation of these guitars.
Furch Guitars was featured in Acoustic Tuesday Episode #61 along with many more guitar geek discoveries. Click here to watch the full episode.

I have a 2016 Furch OM32LM-DB.
Could you breakdown the model number along with serial number 66 419?
Thanks!
Rick, this is Bill at The Fretted Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. We are the largest dealer of Furch Guitars in the US. was checking out reviews and came across this post, and see that it looks as though nobody has answered your question as of yet.
Your guitar is a discontinued build, part of Furch’s now discontinued Millennium Series. The series ran from the lowest cost and trim level 30 to the highest 35. While the 32 line has been formally discontinued, most of the Millennium Series features can now be found in Furch’s Vintage Series. 1, 2, and 3 – 3 being quite similar to the 35 in trim.
Your serial number indicates that the guitar was built prior to the changeover to Furch’s CNR (composite neck reinforcement) system neck construction which is designed to provide a high level of neck stability, ease of adjustment, and warp prevention. The truss rod runs through a casing of carbon, while the heel contains a metal fixture which improves the stability. All Furch Guitars from serial number 68, 294 and higher features this unique neck design.
The LM indicates an Alpine (European) Spruce top and a Mahogany back and side set. The DB indicates a Deep Body build compared to the substantially shallower body of a ‘standard’ OM build.
Hope that helps! Reach out anytime at [email protected], or (716) 913-6487!
Bill, i really appreciate the feedback. This OM32LM plays and sounds amazing. I mostly play fingerstyle. Can you value this guitar and if i was to trade up, what would you recommend as a forever model.
I have read mixed reviews on the cedar top.
