Before you can play anything, you first need to get your guitar in tune. The easiest way to tune your guitar is with an electric tuner, but before you can do that, you need to know the names of the strings.
Low to high, the names of the strings are – E, A, D, G, B and E. Those are also the names of the notes for tuning each string.
Now that you know what you’re dealing with, you can go ahead and clip your electronic tuner to the head of the guitar and we’ll take it from there.
