#4 Combining Bass And Melody On Acoustic Guitar
I want to share with you how to combine bass lines and melody lines to create a composed piece of music. I will show you a simple and effective method to do this, and it’s not a complicated approach – you don’t even have to know what you’re doing.
#3 What’s On the Turntable This Week?
This week’s featured acoustic artist is a duo, Jake and Rebekah Workman. This duo comes recommended to us by Acoustic Tuesday listener Andrew D. of Richland, WA. Andrew says, “Both of their skills are SICK.” – he need not say anything further, because that pretty much sums it up. I have seen Jake play in person, and he is a phenomenal player. The two of them together are incredible.

#2 G7th Performance 3 Capo Review
After using this capo for about two months, I am way impressed with it! I think this is a Swiss army knife of capos. This capo creates a buzz-free playing experience. They have done a wonderful job in designing it. I think this is a great one size fits all capo!

#1 PureWave Massager Review
The PureWave Massager has relieved so much tension for me. I have used it on my forearms and hands, it has helped me out a ton. It increases blood flow to my forearms so they don’t feel as tight and sore as they would without using it. This massager makes me feel nimble and loose.

#small win My backordered Recording King 991 Tricone Resonator arrived Friday. Tuned it to Opne G and am now working on learning slide.
Hey guys another great AT. I guess I’m a little disappointed Tony was wearing a Guitarsenal tee shirt (same color as mine) yet no Guitarsenals featured this week, especially after last week’s request for Guitarsenals I surely thought there would be a few. I finally got around to posting mine and was kinda hoping to make the show, yet alas none mentioned. Anyway I loved the fingerpicking melody/chord lesson I was just figuring it out and lo and behold it was a feature presentation this week! Bonus!!! Thanks again and can’t wait till next Tuesday.
Hi Tony and Noah: Love your shows’ . Always some interesting topics and entertainment on your shows. I wanted to also let you know about a duo that you might like and have probably never heard of called Pinkard and Bowden. They have so many good songs it’s hard to pick a favorite but be sure to listen to “Big bad Johnston if you get a chance. Enjoy. All the best Bill Eby
Noah looks like Self-help guru ANTHONY ROBBINS. Google it, it’s too close!

Small win: I was playing some church music and saw the Gm, A, Dm progression and married it up with last week’s lesson and found the barre chords an easy way to make it music.
Tony, I have said it before, your interview with Andy Powers with his hat on looks like he could be Noahs older brother.[GO LIGHTNING]
I think Noah looks like Buddy Holly.

Always a good show.
Noah with the dark rim glasses looks like a slim Clark Kent.
Hi Tony and Noah, cracking up time, noah looks exactly like Jimmy neutron.your back massager looks great.jake and Rebekah, sound is very nice and beautiful.i enjoyed there sound.thanks.i am gonna talk to my music teacher,to see if maybe in my area, she would like to teach,or jam, once a week with the senior group.in my community.i really believe this would be very beneficial for our health’s and mind.and to have fun.i am a workolholic.i love to work.i must make time for my acuastic and my ukulele, that I really love alot.just need hours of the day,to sit down and do it.that is my problem,i am very involved in my church activities, which is very important to me.it helps on my journey to this difficult world.anyway thank you,and see you on # 77.
I think Noah looks like himself. It’s too much, man. Go check the mirror Noah and see if you agree. I think you will. Uncanny resemblance. 😉
#smallwin I ordered a Martin D-15M without first consulting my wife, so when it showed up in a big box at home she rolled her eyes. However, once I played it for a few days around the house, she commented on how nice it looked and suggested that we hang it on the wall in the living room as art. So, now what do I buy next???
C Texan
Recently started playing the Mandolin, the one I started with was very inexpensive. I played this and made improvements till I couldn’t. Anyway I had been looking to replace the old one, and had shown my wife many new & used.
Long story short last month I ordered my new mandolin to be made. Talk about about a big win this was one for me.
Just got it sounds great looks great!
>>>Noah looks like the actor John Leguizamo! NO? Just say’in.
Sorry for the delay, still a little boat dumb just back from the Rock Boat. #smallwin First night on the Rock Boat listening to Red Wanting Blue @ sail away. Turn to my left and a guy is wearing a guitarsenals tshirt. Great cruise, 102 shows, 31 bands, 2330 of my closest friends. Took my Furch Little Jane travel guitar and with some friends played almost everyday.
Great show as always, thanks! Gordon
#Small Win Wrote my first folk song about the North Queensland floods in Australia.
Ray Hindle from Buena Vista, GA. I really like the new format for the show. I find I am learning something every week from Tony and Noah, having a good laugh, and sharing in the greater guitar geekdom community! By the way, if you get a chance check out Lichtenstein Guitars, https://lichtyguitars.com/. Picked up a custom SJ from him , thru Guitar Gallery and I love it.
