Really enjoy episode 102. Know going to investigate the Klos full size. Looks like it will be great for hight humidity areas. I’ve never before played in the rain… could be a possibility. Thanks for providing a great place for geeks to muster.
Wow. My note made it to Acoustic Tuesday. I hope you like the picks. I’d been using Dunlop Primetones, but now I I go right for the Big Stubbies – great shape for speed & tone. Comfortable to hold too. Enjoy!
Had to chuckle at the coffee talk. I’m sitting here watching with my favorite 16 oz. cup full of high test. I’m with Tony on this one. I like it STRONG. And YES, I always throw a few extra beans in the grinder. Helps wake my fingers up! …and my Brain!
If you live in a silo, where do you put the grain….? LOL. Great show tony and it was great meeting you, Noah, Levi (he does exist) the the staff at ALF. Allie was wonderful also. Jam on and keep the fun going.
Hi Tony and Noah,
Really enjoyed this show ( AT #102). Particularly enjoyed the KLOS guitar review, and hearing Aiden and Tony play it. Why doesn’t Aiden come to the ALF and continue to show us how it’s done! (Probably not suppose to say this, but what a cutie!)
Thanks for the glimpse of your acoustic life – and Aden may be a worthy successor! When does he get his own segment? And the Acoustic-Loks are wonderful! No more worries about my acoustic-electrics losing the strap. Added Schallers and confidence!
Great show, as per usual. Haven’t missed one yet. Hey guys, when I heard the name
Adrian Bellue, I thought I was going to see Adrian Belew. Geez, something ain’t right here!
Anyways, I’m an old fan of one and a new one of the other. Superb technique! Thx. again.

Thanx Tony, I needed that talk. I have to take a break. I have been with T.A.C. for 9 months now and have gotten a lot better (THANK YOU) but i feel im putting to much pressure on my learning. I will be leaving T.A.C. the middle of this month and will most likely be back for Guitar wizard. Thanx to everyone at A.T. & T.A.C. GUITAR GEEKS UNITE!
Great Show as always, thanks for all the work you’ll put into the show. I miss my time in TAC, I hope I will be able to save the money so I can get back into TAC. I have been tacking lessons each Tuesday learning to play with my teacher, and reading music, this has opened up so much more in my Guitar Journey. As did my year in TAC, I spent wonderful hours each day on the daily lesson, learning so much about guitar from you Tony. I did find a teaching books on reading music you might want to check out. I am going thru the Mel bay’s modern guitar method, with my teacher. The books I found is “The Missing Method for Guitar” Note reading series by Christian J. Triola. book 1 is the open position, book 2 is the notes and keys at the fret 5-8, book 3 is frets 9-12 and so on. Just thought you might like looking into it if anyone in TAC might want to learn to read notes. Hope to get back to TAC in a month or so, just lots of bills to play off first. see you soon in TAC.

#Coffee – Great show but Noah! You have insulted the Lovely Young Kat (she’s a mere 65)! At 32:50 you said “that’s how anybody over 60 makes coffee.” She lept right up out her seat & declared “why that young whippersnapper doesn’t know jack!” Indeed, around here we make “Navy coffee.” You can stand a spoon up in it! Next time you’re in Lower Alabama drop by & we’ll brew you a cup 🙂

Tony – After watching the segment of the Acousti- lock from Music Nomad, I called my personal sales engineer Drew Foster at Sweetwater Music in Fort Wayne, Indiana to get one for my Takemine GJ72ce 12 string. Drew called me back the next day and told me that he called Music Nomad to find out what the right Acousti-lock would fit my guitar. Well, they don’t make one for my particular guitar. So, you might want to pass that on. Love the show!
